It’s no secret that I’ve been a huge fan of all things Zappo’s for years now so when I got the opportunity to head out to Vegas to attend the Delivering Happiness at Work: Make Happy Work training seminar I jumped on it. My flight hasn’t even taken off yet and I’m already happy…and a little giddy.
I can’t comment on how good the specific training material is just yet but if they put half as much effort into their material as they into the pre-seminar communication the next few days are going to be a-mazing!
